01. Local-First Processing
Fognitix is built on a local-first architecture. The application runs on your physical machine, and all browser automation clicks, typing inputs, and session page analyses execute directly on your local device. We do not store, mirror, or capture your active web views on external servers.
02. Session Credentials & Cookies
Because Fognitix acts as a local browser wrapper, it uses your existing cookies and logged-in web sessions to perform tasks. Your login credentials, session cookies, and authentication keys remain securely within the browser storage on your device. Fognitix never prompts you to sync your credentials to our servers, nor do we have any back-channel access to them.
03. Model Interaction Data
To complete goals, Fognitix transmits page coordinate snippets and textual accessibility tree elements to secure AI models. These payloads are strictly designed to exclude raw authentication parameters. Model interactions are proxied securely to ensure that metadata and browser identifiers are kept private.
04. Your Rights & Access Controls
You retain absolute control over the agent. You can clear the automation cache, delete saved workflows, or disconnect model connections at any moment. Your session history is stored purely in an encrypted local database file on your device, which you can wipe at any time.
